Makin' Groceries Wooden Sign

“Making groceries” is an old New Orleans expression that means doing the food shopping. It comes from the French verb "faire", translating either "to do" or "to make." Hand painted sign measures 28 inches by 5.5 inches. Each piece is different -- colors and finish may not be as show in the photo. Made locally.
