Not happy with your shirt fit? Doesn't wear like you wanted it to? Want to swap it out? No problem! We want you to be happy with your Fleurty Girl purchase and we stand by our goods. We offer 30-day returns on all new condition, unworn and unwashed products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, ship it to us at the address below with a note inside letting us know (1) if you want to return or exchange the item, and (2) if you want to exchange it, what item/size you'd like back:

Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable, that is to say that you’ll need to pay for the postage back to our place, but we’ll cover the shipping back to your place for the exchange. See, we’re all about fairness here. If you request a refund rather than an exchange, we’ll refund the cost of the product(s) but not shipping costs. If the item you received is damaged, please call us at the number above or email us at orders@fleurtygirl.net and we'll ship you a replacement item.
